Here is a video clip of my MTD Yard Machines Chipper/Shredder in use. The black sled prevents the discharge from burning a hole in the lawn, the pallet keeps it from blowing all over the garden. The chippings will end up mixed with lawn clippings for mulch later this year. It does come with an optional collection bag that works well, just didn't use it for this job.
